Who we are

BrandShelf is operated from Copenhagen, Denmark. Buying anything on this site means you accept these terms.

What you are buying

Digital design files, delivered as a download. Nothing physical ships. Every product page lists exactly which files you receive before you pay.

Delivery

Download links appear on the confirmation screen and are emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe. Links do not expire and remain available in your account.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: 30 days, no interrogation.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the files themselves, or include them in a product that is itself a template or asset pack.

Liability

The files are provided as they are. We cannot guarantee that a mark is registrable as a trademark in your territory or sector — that depends on your local office and on searches we are not qualified to perform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
