Thirty days
If a kit is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
How to ask
Email the address on our support page with your order number. That is the whole process.
How long it takes
We action refunds within one working day. Stripe usually returns the money to your card within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
It ends with the refund. You agree to stop using the files and to remove them from anything you have published.
Personalised work
Once a designer has started on a personalised package, the fee covers time already spent and is not refundable. You approve the quote before any work begins, and we will always tell you when that line is about to be crossed.
