Licence

What you may do
Use the files for one brand, commercially, forever. That includes products you sell, paid advertising, packaging, signage, websites, apps, printed matter and merchandise. No attribution required.
How many brands
One purchase covers one brand. If you are a studio buying for a client, that counts as one brand — the licence transfers to them. A second brand needs a second purchase.
What you may not do
Resell, redistribute or give away the source files. Offer them as part of a template, theme or asset pack. Register the mark as a trademark and then pursue other BrandShelf customers over it.
Modifications
Change anything you like. The files exist to be edited. Modified versions are covered by the same licence.
Trademarks
We cap how many times a kit sells, which materially improves your position, but we cannot promise a mark is registrable. Registrability depends on your territory, your sector and prior filings we have no visibility of. If a trademark matters to your business, have an attorney search before you file.
Retired kits
When a kit retires it stops being sold, but your licence continues unchanged and your downloads stay available.
